1.2 The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the stay, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
1.3 The property may offer the Guest to change the date of the stay within 30 days from the date of cancellation - subject to room availability. In the event of a change of date, the current price list applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.2 In the event of a refusal to pay, the Reception has the right to refuse to issue a room key.
2.3 Payment for additional services must be made at check-out or during the stay if the bill exceeds PLN 1,000 (applies to first-time visitors).
2.4 The Property reserves the right to request 100% prepayment for a Guest's first stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2 Extension of the stay is possible upon notification to the Reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and is subject to room availability.
3.3 Remaining in the room after 12:00 p.m. without notification is treated as an extension of the stay and will result in a half-day charge according to the price list of the day.
3.4 The guest may not transfer the room to a third party.
3.5 Non-registered persons are allowed to stay in the room only between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m., this is treated as a chargeable extra accommodation according to the price list for extra beds.
3.6 The curfew is in force from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.with the exception of weekends where special events are held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.2 The guest shall be financially and legally liable for any damage caused by him or his companions.
4.3 Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. If the Guest discovers the smell of smoke, he\/she will be charged the cost of disinfection and de-aromatisation in the amount of PLN 900.
4.4 For safety reasons, the use of electrical appliances (e.g. heaters, irons), with the exception of chargers and power supplies, in private rooms is prohibited.
4.5 Whenever leaving the room, the Guest shall ensure that the door is closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.2 Valuable items must be kept in the reception depository. The facility may refuse to accept particularly valuable, dangerous or oversized items.
5.3 The property is not responsible for Guests' vehicles left on the premises, including the car park. The car park is unguarded and unattended, although monitored.
5.4 Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6.1 Items left in the room will be returned at the Guest's expense or stored for 3 months, after which they will be donated to charity.
6.2 In the event of a blatant breach of the regulations, the facility has the right to refuse to provide further services and demand immediate departure from the room along with payment of the fee.
6.3 The facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest who has grossly violated the rules and regulations in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
